Luigi Contu

A professional journalist since 1986, he began his professional career at the economic newspaper Ore 12 in Rome. He joined ANSA in 1987 and spent twenty years in the agency carrying out numerous assignments. In 2004 he joined La Repubblica, where he directed the Redazione Interni for four years and then returned to Ansa as director in 2009.
