Cinzia Alcidi is a Senior Research Fellow at CEPS and former Director of Research (2020-2023). A macroeconomist, she has more than 15 years of experience in academic research and policy analysis for the EU and national governments. She is a guest lecturer at Ghent University and holds a Ph.D. in International Economics from the Graduate Institute, Geneva.
Andrea Fracasso is Professor of Economic Policy at the University of Trento, where he is Pro-rector for Organisational and Resource Planning. Former Director of the School of International Studies, he works on themes of international economics, economic security and technology. He is member of the Directive Board of the Italian Economic Association.
Full professor of Industrial Economics, Roma Tre University. Member of: the scientific council of LEAP (LUISS); Consiglio di Reggenza, Bank of Italy, Rome Branch. She publishes on: Global Value Chains; Firms’ Internationalization and Digitalization; Industrial Policy Evaluation; Public Procurement for Innovation.
Stefano Schiavo is professor of economics at the University of Trento, where he also serves as director of the School of International Studies. He is a fellow at CESifo Research Network and Chercheur affilié at OFCE-SciencesPo. He holds a PhD in economics and management from the Sant’Anna School of Advanced Studies – Pisa.
