Home of the Ciani Bassetti barons from 1600 to early 1900, the building is characterized by the style of the facade, of Renaissance derivation. While maintaining the previous score, it was renovated in 1883 by engineer Saverio Tamanini, one of the most famous Trentino professionals and, in 1939, by architect Marco Martinuzzi, graduated from the Academy of Fine Arts in Venice. In 2000 the entire building was renovated to a design by the Trentino architect Sergio Giovanazzi.
