Via Belenzani, once called Contrada Larga, is the main street leading to Piazza Duomo and one of the city's most atmospheric streets, surrounded on both sides by Renaissance palaces decorated with beautiful frescoes. Palazzo Geremia, today the seat of the Trento City Council, is one of these: inside there are several rooms - beautifully frescoed and often still with their original wooden ceilings.

Francesco Greco

Full professor of criminal law at the University of Bologna, he works as a lawyer. He has participated in numerous ministerial commissions for reforms in the criminal field and is currently a member of the working groups for the implementation of the recent delegated law on the efficiency of the criminal process and restorative justice (Law 134 of 2021). He has published numerous monographic studies, essays, articles and notes on criminal issues.

Born in Bergamo, he has been the director of Il Gazzettino since 2006. Previously he worked, among others, at Il Giornale, Corriere della Sera and al Mondo.
