Graduated in law. Journalist since 1975. He worked as Editor in Chief for Corriere della Sera and Il Sole 24ORE. He has been president of Longanesi from May 1015 till march 2025. At this moment he is president of Fondazione Corriere della Sera. He writes for Corriere della Sera.
Once the seat of the provincial and regional councils, this splendid room inside the Palazzo della Provincia Autonoma di Trento (formerly the Imperial Hotel Trento) takes its name from the artist who designed, furnished and fully decorated it between 1953 and 1956 — Rovereto-born Fortunato Depero, whose artistic trajectory spanned Futurism, Cubism and Abstract Art, resulting in his unmistakable style.
