A treasure trove of biodiversity in the heart of Trento. The museum garden occupies about 2000 square meters, and is composed of grassy meadows and a pond, whose waters reflect the light glass architecture of the large tropical greenhouse. The garden also includes the gardens and the museum's centenary vineyard, a botanical garden that accompanies you among medicinal plants, vegetables and shrubs from all over the world. An oasis of tranquility where you can observe the ever-changing nature and busy life of the bugs staying at the Bug Hotel.

MUSE - Giardino

The MUSE, opened in 2013 and designed by the architect Renzo Piano, is located in the new Albere district of Trento. One of the most frequented science museums in Europe, it combines the traditional exhibition techniques of the best natural history museums with interactive and multimedia routes, which stimulate the curiosity of visitors.  The building, with its profiles, large spaces and bright and light architecture, aims to be in itself a metaphor for the mountain, and proposes the visit of different natural environments, including a large tropical greenhouse.

Inside the historic Palazzo Benvenuti, in Via Belenzani, new spaces open up to host, from time to time, companies, associations, events, exhibitions, conferences and training. In addition to the beautiful internal courtyard, we find Sala Nones, with 80 seats and a modern audio and video system. The new Clhub - Cassa di Trento for business innovation, regional business innovation hub and club ready to collect - and physically welcome in dedicated coworking and networking spaces - members, customers and citizens interested in entrepreneurial innovation. Finally, Palazzo Benvenuti Caffè, an elegant café that makes the beautiful ballroom of the palace available to the community.

The stage of Teatro Sociale has been graced by the likes of Arturo Toscanini and Enrico Caruso. It has played host to Italy’s finest operas and plays, not to mention dance shows, New Year’s Eve parties and political rallies. A splendid example of Italian-style theatre, from 1819 until the 1960s, it served as the main backdrop of the city’s cultural scene. In 2000, after being purchased by the province and significant restoration works, it was returned to its former glory.
The stalls, three floors of boxes and the gallery can seat up to 670 people, while the elegant rooms of the adjoining Palazzo Festi are often used for meetings and conferences.To attend the events at Teatro Sociale, you can collect the entry tickets directly at the venue starting two hours before the event begins.

The former S.I.T. building on Via Calepina - Piazza Vittoria has been the historical headquarters of the Chamber of Commerce since 1947. In its halls this autonomous public body performs a multiplicity of functions all traceable to the common definition of market regulation.

Camera di Commercio di Trento – Sala Calepini

The square is named after Resistance martyr Mario Pasi, who served as a doctor at the Trento hospital during World War II. Embellished by the fountain produced by Andrea Malfatti depicting the god Bacchus, the small square has been a meeting point since the 14th century, where peasants bargained wages with landowners.

Standing in the shadow of the ancient ramparts, for a long time Piazza Fiera was the beating heart of the city's markets and commerce, hence its name (which means “fair” or “market”).
The wide open spaces make Piazza Fiera ideal for hosting large business events, as well as cultural and musical gatherings. It serves as an important intersection for the city’s public transport, and the underground multi-storey car park means it is easily accessible by car.

In the heart of the historic centre, Piazza del Duomo is Trento's “sitting room” where tourists and locals rub shoulders, surrounded by Renaissance palaces, the crenelated walls of Palazzo Pretorio and the lateral nave of the cathedral, dedicated to the city’s patron saint, San Vigilio.In this square there is the Bookstore, the Library of the Festival of Economics.

Piazza del Duomo

Named after the Trentino irredentist Cesare Battisti, this city piazza is different from others. Its buildings are a 1926 Rationalist reconstruction of the historic, demolished Sas district. Beneath the square lies the ancient Roman Tridentum, an entire Roman district with the remains of a road, houses featuring mosaics, and even a long stretch of the eastern city wall.

Piazza Cesare Battisti

The palace was built shortly before 1740 on the initiative of the noble Trentini family. The façade, developed in height and characterized by a sober balcony, is among the most elegant of the eighteenth century in Trentino. The interior rooms were decorated between 1750 and 1765 by the Veronese painters Giorgio Anselmi and Orlando Fattori, the Bolzan painter Carl Henrici and the Milanese painter Pietro Antonio Bianchi. Also notable are the exuberant white and gold stucco and the majolica stoves in rococo shapes.Palazzo Trentini is now the seat of the Council of the Autonomous Province of Trento, with the Presidency and all the offices of the entity. The Sala dell 'Aurora, which will host some of the Festival's events, is considered the Palace's most prestigious venue. It is dominated by a large vault decorated with fake architecture and frescoed around 1750 with the Triumph of the Dawn, an allegory of the rise of the Trentini family, by an excellent Venetian school artist whose identity is still disputed by scholars.

Palazzo Trentini – Sala Aurora

Palazzo Sardagna, current home of the offices of the Rectorate of the University of Trento, is one of the masterpieces of Mannerism and early Baroque in Trentino. Dating from the 16th century, the building is built around a large central courtyard, the largest among those found in the city's historic buildings. From the exterior, walking through the entrance hall embellished with heraldic coats of arms, one enters the courtyard punctuated by a double order of loggias and long galleries.

Palazzo Sardagna – Sala delle Scienze

Via Belenzani, once called Contrada Larga, is the main street leading to Piazza Duomo and one of the city's most atmospheric streets, surrounded on both sides by Renaissance palaces decorated with beautiful frescoes. Palazzo Geremia, today the seat of the Trento City Council, is one of these: inside there are several rooms - beautifully frescoed and often still with their original wooden ceilings.

Overlooking Piazza Dante and standing opposite Trento's train station, the building is a stone’s throw from the historic centre. This building was built between 1958-65 as part of a project by Trentino architect Adalberto Libera (1903-1963), a leading figure in Italian rationalist architecture.

Palazzo della Regione Autonoma Trentino Alto Adige - Sala di Rappresentanza

Once the seat of the provincial and regional councils, this splendid room inside the Palazzo della Provincia Autonoma di Trento (formerly the Imperial Hotel Trento) takes its name from the artist who designed, furnished and fully decorated it between 1953 and 1956 — Rovereto-born Fortunato Depero, whose artistic trajectory spanned Futurism, Cubism and Abstract Art, resulting in his unmistakable style.

Palazzo della Provincia - Sala Depero

Home of the Ciani Bassetti barons from 1600 to early 1900, the building is characterized by the style of the facade, of Renaissance derivation. While maintaining the previous score, it was renovated in 1883 by engineer Saverio Tamanini, one of the most famous Trentino professionals and, in 1939, by architect Marco Martinuzzi, graduated from the Academy of Fine Arts in Venice. In 2000 the entire building was renovated to a design by the Trentino architect Sergio Giovanazzi.The events that will take place in this location will be organized by Intesa Sanpaolo.

Palazzo Bassetti

The Diocesan Museum is located in the splendid Piazza Duomo, next to the Cathedral of San Vigilio, in Palazzo Pretorio. In its rooms it exhibits a rich heritage of art and culture ranging from the 11th to the 19th century: paintings, wooden sculptures, illuminated manuscripts, iconographic testimonies of the Council of Trent, precious goldsmith's art, ancient embroideries and sumptuous Flemish tapestries.
The museum also manages the early Christian Basilica of San Vigilio, the Porta Veronensis (1st century AD), or the ancient monumental entrance to the Roman Tridentum, and the Civic Tower, which with its 45 meters high is the unmistakable symbol of the city.

The brand new property is located in the Albere district of Trento. Recently inaugurated, it includes a 250-seat auditorium and some event rooms, including one with 99 seats. In the construction of the building, particular attention was paid to environmental sustainability, with specifications regarding the energy and acoustic insulating capacity of the building envelope. ITAS Forum

Palazzo Calepini, currently serving as the headquarters for Fondazione Caritro, dates back to the late 16th century and was built at the behest of the noble Calepini family from the Giudicarie valleys. Between 1823 and 1844, Palazzo Calepini served as the seat of the Prince Bishops of Trento. In 1999, the building was acquired by the foundation to be used as their institutional headquarters.

Fondazione Caritro - Sala Conferenze

An illustrious concert hall in a building on Via Giuseppe Verdi, which harks back to the Austro-Hungarian Empire and the numerous musical associations (Musikverein) once found in Ljubljana and all the way to Vienna. It is home to the Philharmonic Society of Trento, founded in 1795. It boasts a beautiful organ, dating back to 1906.

Filarmonica

With marvellous frescoes and crenelated towers, Buonconsiglio is the most important castle in Trentino. Having served as the seat of the Prince-Bishops of Trent for centuries, today the castle is home to the provincial art and archaeology collections and the famous Torre Aquila, whose walls are frescoed with the renowned “Ciclo dei Mesi” (“Cycle of the Months”), an international Gothic masterpiece. A number of Festival dell’Economia events will take place in its Sala Gerola, which seats 110 people.

The largest theatre in the city is located in a complex which, until the 1960s, housed the Santa Chiara city hospital. Renovated in 2006 in a contemporary style, the Auditorium offers perfect viewing and acoustics from all 800+ seats.
