Innovation Program Leader in Tech Research - Disruptive synthesis (CRF-Stellantis)

Responsible for the strategic direction and coordination of a Flagship program focused on energy efficiency and innovation in vehicle architecture. Manages interdisciplinary teams, ensuring technical consistency, adherence to timelines and integration of solutions throughout the entire development cycle. Supervises vehicle architecture, coordinates project activities and promotes innovation through strategic analysis, technological scouting and a data-driven approach.

Andrea Melchiori

Vehicle Dynamics Engineer - Visa Cash App RB F1 Team

Responsible for brakes performance engineering, with a focus on simulations (thermal and non-thermal) and braking material management throughout its life cycle, both for current and future cars. Coordinate a collaborator in the project. It also follows the simulation of the Power Unit for current cars and for the new 2026 regulations. He is also involved in the development of proprietary tools for data analysis and telemetry management to support the daily activities of the team.

Team Leader - E-Agle Trento Racing Team

She is responsible for the overall management of the Formula Student team; coordinates the activities of the various departments, makes strategic and organizational decisions, represents the team in official communications and ensures compliance with deadlines and project objectives.

Palazzo Sardagna, current home of the offices of the Rectorate of the University of Trento, is one of the masterpieces of Mannerism and early Baroque in Trentino. Dating from the 16th century, the building is built around a large central courtyard, the largest among those found in the city's historic buildings. From the exterior, walking through the entrance hall embellished with heraldic coats of arms, one enters the courtyard punctuated by a double order of loggias and long galleries.
