What we'll talk about

The Knowledge Hub, an initiative promoted by Cassa Padana BCC and Politecnico di Milano, is configured as a platform connecting the research system, educational institutions, and the productive fabric, with the objective of supporting innovation processes in the territories of the Brescia, Cremona, and Mantua plains.

Within the framework of the Hub’s activities, Politecnico di Milano and Cassa Padana BCC present the results of the research with the direct involvement of the students Carlo Alberto Chiavegato, Liceo Scientifico “Aselli” of Cremona, and Paramjit Kaur, Liceo Scientifico IIS “V. Capirola” of Leno, Brescia, called upon to contribute to the presentation and interpretation of the outcomes.

A round table moderated by Annarita D’Ambrosio, Il Sole 24 Ore, will follow, with Irene Boni, delegated councillor of Unhate Foundation, Gabriele Fava, president of INPS; Giuliano Noci, vice rector of Politecnico di Milano; Bruna Olivieri, country manager of Unieuro; Corrado Passera, entrepreneur; and Pier Maria Saccani, director of the Consorzio Tutela Mozzarella di Bufala Campana DOP

Irene Boni

Managing Director - Unhate Foundation

Irene Boni, former GM of Yoox and CEO of Talent Garden, serves on the Boards of Edizione, Safilo, and AGO Modena Fabbriche Culturali, and acts as an advisor on business development, technology, and impact‑driven models. She currently leads Unhate Foundation, creating opportunities for young people and helping redefine the role of companies in society.

Carlo Alberto Chiavegato

Student - Liceo Aselli

Student at the Aselli Scientific High School in Cremona. President of the Provincial Student Council of Cremona and Regional Coordinator of the Student Councils of Lombardy. Since this year, he has also been involved in the revision process of the National Guidelines for High Schools led by the Ministry of Public Education.

Labor law lawyer, founder of the Fava & Associati law firm, he boasts thirty years of experience in trade union and industrial relations, corporate restructuring and reorganisations. He is an adjunct professor of labor law at the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart. Married, he has two children and is passionate about tennis, a sport he regularly practices.

Corrado Passera is an Italian entrepreneur and executive who held leadership roles in major companies and served as a government minister. After McKinsey, he led major transformations at Olivetti, Poste Italiane and Intesa Sanpaolo. He served in Mario Monti’s government (2011–2013). In 2018 he founded illimity and served as its CEO until September 2025.

The brand new property is located in the Albere district of Trento. Recently inaugurated, it includes a 250-seat auditorium and some event rooms, including one with 99 seats. In the construction of the building, particular attention was paid to environmental sustainability, with specifications regarding the energy and acoustic insulating capacity of the building envelope. The structure also has a heating and cooling system with radiant panels.
