Raffaella Calandra

Il Sole 24 Ore

Raffaella Calandra is a correspondent for Il Sole 24 Ore and formerly for Radio 24, where she hosted the program Storiacce for many years. With a passion for contemporary investigative journalism and ancient tragedies, she teaches at the "W. Tobagi" Graduate School of Journalism in Milan, where she also served as Deputy Director. From February 2021 to the summer of 2024, she was the Head of Communications for the Ministry of Justice. She has contributed to several publications.

Giusella Finocchiaro

Università di Bologna

Full Professor of Internet and Artificial Intelligence Law and Private Law at the University of Bologna. Founder of Studio Legale Finocchiaro (Milan and Bologna), specialized in new technology law. Former Chair of the UNCITRAL Working Group on Electronic Commerce; member of the AI Commission of the Italian Presidency of the Council of Ministers.

Fabio Pinelli

Vice-President - High Council of the Judiciary

Graduated in Law in Milan, from 1997 until his appointment as Vice President of the High Council of the Judiciary (CSM) in January 2023, he practiced law, specializing in criminal business law. He taught at Ca’ Foscari University of Venice and is currently a professor at the Catholic University of Sacro Cuore, where he is the chairholder of Environmental Criminal Law and Occupational Health and Safety Law.

The brand new property is located in the Albere district of Trento. Recently inaugurated, it includes a 250-seat auditorium and some event rooms, including one with 99 seats. In the construction of the building, particular attention was paid to environmental sustainability, with specifications regarding the energy and acoustic insulating capacity of the building envelope. The structure also has a heating and cooling system with radiant panels.
