Angela Stefania Bergantino is a Full Professor of Applied Economics at the Università di Bari “Aldo Moro.” Past President of the Società Italiana di Economia dei Trasporti (SIET), she is a Senior Fellow at ISPI and a member of the Scientific Committee of the Freight Leaders Council. Her research focuses on industrial economics, transport economics, network industries and infrastructures, and tourism.

Full Professor of Economics at the University of Rome La Sapienza and Senior Fellow at LUISS Guido Carli. He has been Deputy Minister of Economic Development, Undersecretary to the Prime Minister, and Minister for Territorial Cohesion and Southern Italy.

President of Fondazione Utilitatis, formerly Full Professor of Hydraulic Constructions and Water Resources Management at the Universities of Palermo and Cagliari. Member of the Special Committee of the Superior Council of Public Works, author of over 150 publications, and former executive and consultant in the water services sector for national and regional institutions.
