CEO of Andrea Bocelli Foundation, has been involved in the Foundation governance decisions since its establishment in 2011, with responsibilities for institutional and legal activities, as well as the creation of both national and international humanitarian and educational projects.
Experience in both network and general management banking, with increasing roles of responsibility culminating in Territorial Marketing and Third Sector. He currently sits on several boards, including Nomisma S.p.A., which provides him with an up-to-date perspective on the real economy. He is also involved in social volunteer activities.
Graduated in Economic and Banking Sciences in Siena (1993), he obtained a Licentiate in Doctrine and Social Ethics (2002), a Doctorate in Social Sciences (2006) and a Licentiate in Moral Theology (2015). He has done research at Harvard, UMass Boston, and KU Leuven. Professor of economic ethics (since 2009), now head of the accounting and finance sector of Pontificia Accademia delle Scienze Sociali.
