Claudio Cerasa

Claudio Cerasa was born in Palermo on May 7, 1982. He has worked at Il Foglio Quotidiano since 2005 and has been the newspaper’s editor-in-chief since 2015. His latest book is The Antidote: Freedom, Environment, Technology. An Optimistic Manifesto Against the Dictatorship of Catastrophism. In 2025, together with Il Foglio, he created the world’s first newspaper produced entirely with artificial intelligence.

Palazzo Sardagna, current home of the offices of the Rectorate of the University of Trento, is one of the masterpieces of Mannerism and early Baroque in Trentino. Dating from the 16th century, the building is built around a large central courtyard, the largest among those found in the city's historic buildings. From the exterior, walking through the entrance hall embellished with heraldic coats of arms, one enters the courtyard punctuated by a double order of loggias and long galleries.
