Cooperation and rights for a future of peace and development

She has been working at AICS since 2016, within the Deputy Technical Directorate – Humanitarian Aid and Situations of Fragility Unit. In September 2024, she was appointed Coordinator of the Humanitarian Aid and Situations of Fragility Unit. Since 2020, she has also served as the AICS Gender Equality Focal Point, reporting directly to the Deputy Technical Director. She previously worked at the MAECI (Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation) and the ITC-ILO.

For the past 30 years, I have worked in the non-profit sector, focusing on communication, fundraising, institutional relations, and campaigns. Since 2020, I have been the Director General of Terre des Hommes Italy, one of the leading organizations promoting children’s rights, with projects in over 20 countries worldwide and an active presence throughout the Middle East.
