She founded Arke in 2024, a startup tackling critical challenges in the manufacturing sector through an advanced ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) platform. An industrial engineer by training, she brings experience from leading tech companies including Google and Amazon across Europe.
She is a project manager in the engineering sector and founded Nova Agenzia Srl in 2015, a firm of young professionals under 45 working with public sector clients, with an integrated approach to design and innovation. Former President of the Youth Council of the Autonomous Province of Trento, she is now President of the Young Entrepreneurs Group of Confcommercio Trentino, where she advocates for the role of younger generations in economic and regional development.
Director General of the CENSIS Foundation for 11 years, former Director of RaiUno and executive of the State Railways, within which he created the FS Studies Office, assuming responsibility for the Economic and Social Policy Directorate from 1995 to 1999. He is currently President of the Ermeneia Society - System Studies & Strategies in Rome and author of numerous articles, essays, and books in the economic and social fields.

Palazzo Calepini, currently serving as the headquarters for Fondazione Caritro, dates back to the late 16th century and was built at the behest of the noble Calepini family from the Giudicarie valleys. Between 1823 and 1844, Palazzo Calepini served as the seat of the Prince Bishops of Trento. In 1999, the building was acquired by the foundation to be used as their institutional headquarters.
