Graduating in International Economic Policy at Sciences Po, he studied Economics at Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore. His research focuses on structural change in Sub-Saharan Africa, with an emphasis on the role of the labour market and the agricultural sector. He works as a research assistant at Sciences Po and J-PAL Europe (IDEE).
