Palazzo Sardagna, current home of the offices of the Rectorate of the University of Trento, is one of the masterpieces of Mannerism and early Baroque in Trentino. Dating from the 16th century, the building is built around a large central courtyard, the largest among those found in the city's historic buildings. From the exterior, walking through the entrance hall embellished with heraldic coats of arms, one enters the courtyard punctuated by a double order of loggias and long galleries.

Editor-in-Chief of “Il Piccolo” since August 2025, he began his career while still a high school student at “La Voce Alessandrina”. He has been with “Il Piccolo” since September 1995, where he has held roles in the sports desk and in city news, which he led for several years. He has served as Deputy Editor of the newspaper since 2018.

Graduated in Materials Engineering, after a industrial experience, he joined the University of Trento in 1992. Between 1995 and 1997 he has been Visiting Research Scientist at the Institute of Materials Science of the University of Connecticut (USA). He has authored over 360 articles, 2 books and 4 patents in the area of polymers and composites engineering.

Alessandra Perrazzelli is Head of the Center for Digital Regulation Strategy and Visiting Professor at the Polytechnic University of Milan. She served as Deputy Governor of Banca d'Italia and as member of the Supervisory Board of the ECB. Alumna of the New York University and Stanford University. She is Knight in the Order of the Merit of the Italian Republic.
