Marco Morbidelli is a senior executive with over 30 years of experience in leadership, human capital, and governance within complex and highly structured organizations. At Angelini Group, he held several executive roles, rising to become Group CHRO. He is now CEO of Angelini Academy S.p.A., a company dedicated to innovation and research in the field of executive education. He also serves as a faculty member at Universities and Business Schools.

Marco Morbidelli

Andrea Prencipe is Professor of Organisation and Innovation at Luiss University and served as Rector from 2018 to 2024. He has taught and conducted research, among others, at Columbia University, the University G. d’Annunzio and the University of Sussex. His professional epxerience bridges academia and industry and today chairs Angelini Academy

Maria Ranieri is a full professor of Education and Instructional Technologies at the University of Florence. She is Delegate for Teaching Innovation and directs the Master’s programme in “New Digital Competences.” She is the author of Innovazione didattica e ambienti inclusivi all’università. Dalle competenze digitali all’Intelligenza artificiale (ETS, 2025).
