Palazzo Calepini, currently serving as the headquarters for Fondazione Caritro, dates back to the late 16th century and was built at the behest of the noble Calepini family from the Giudicarie valleys. Between 1823 and 1844, Palazzo Calepini served as the seat of the Prince Bishops of Trento. In 1999, the building was acquired by the foundation to be used as their institutional headquarters.

Matteo Bertoldi is a local councillor in Trento, active in civil protection and social volunteering. He is a law student at the University of Trento and has been involved in student representation. He also served as a member of the Provincial Electoral Commission until 2025. He focuses on youth participation, a topic he also addressed in the previous edition of the Festival.

Giulia Casonato, born in Trento in 1997, is Councilor for Social Policies, Housing, and Participation for the City of Trento. She earned a master's degree in Behavioral and Applied Economics from the University of Trento. Previously, she served as Councilor for Green and Digital Transition for Trento.

She has been President of the Provincial Youth Council of the Autonomous Province of Trento (PAT) since February 2025, appointed as a representative of the local associations. Member of the Youth Plan for the Giudicarie Esteriori area and actively involved in the local associative network.

Valentina Cardinali, Labor Market Analyst, is currently head of the Gender Impact Assessment of Public Policies unit at INAPP (National Institute for Public Policy Analysis) and the official delegate for Italy at the OECD Local Employment and Economic Development Programme.

Born in Trento, married with one daughter. She studied classical studies and holds a degree in Communication Sciences. Journalist and director of Trentino TV, the most popular private broadcaster in the region. She has been particularly committed to equal opportunities for years, but is also past president of the Trento chapter of Fidapa and a member of the Trento Soroptimist Club.

Vice President of the Provincial Commission for Equal Opportunities A former company manager, she is now a partner at Itineris Srl, a management consulting firm based in Trento, focused on inclusion, sustainability, and integration. Her career has been characterized by a strong commitment to promoting gender equality and organizational well-being.

Full professor of Demography and director of the "Center for Applied Statistics in Business and Economics" at the Università Cattolica di Milano.  He is also an expert advisor to the CNEL appointed by the President of the Italian Republic and scientific coordinator of the Youth Observatory of Istituto G. Toniolo.

Alessandro Rosina

President of the ADAPT Association and lecturer at the University of Bergamo. He holds a PhD in Human Resources Development and the Labour Market. His research interests include the sociology of work and industrial relations, with a particular focus on young people and the relationship between work and technological innovation.
