Professor of constitutional law, was MP (1979-2006), minister (1996-2001) and president of Cassa Depositi e Prestiti (2008-2015). Honorary Chairman of the D-20 Long-Term Investors’ Club. He chairs the Astrid Foundation and is member of the Council of Assonime.
