Via Belenzani, once called Contrada Larga, is the main street leading to Piazza Duomo and one of the city's most atmospheric streets, surrounded on both sides by Renaissance palaces decorated with beautiful frescoes. Palazzo Geremia, today the seat of the Trento City Council, is one of these: inside there are several rooms - beautifully frescoed and often still with their original wooden ceilings.

Civil Engineering degree (1987) and PhD in Hydrodynamics (1992) from University of Padua; Visiting Scholar at UC Berkeley. Professor at the University of Trento, he was head of the Civil & Environmental Engineering Dept, and currently he is a member of the Academic Senate. Since 1989, his research has focused on hydrology, water resources, and renewable energy.

He has been a journalist for Il Sole 24 Ore since 2006. A graduate in Political Economy from the Bocconi University in Milan, he began working for the newspaper Finanza & Mercati in 2002 and then moved on to the Radiocor news agency. He deals with energy, infrastructure, insurance and financial markets.

Flavio Deflorian is a full professor and Rector of the University of Trento. He is a member of the Board of Directors of FBK and of the Supervisory Board of SMACT. He has more than 200 scientific publications and numerous international research projects to his credit.

She graduated in Economics from the University of Palermo (Italy).
