The former S.I.T. building on Via Calepina - Piazza Vittoria has been the historical headquarters of the Chamber of Commerce since 1947. In its halls this autonomous public body performs a multiplicity of functions all traceable to the common definition of market regulation.

From 2020 to 2024 he was regional Councilor. Previously, he served as regional general secretary of the Italian General Confederation of Labour (CGIL) in Emilia-Romagna and as deputy general secretary of the national CGIL.

Giuseppe Lupo is a writer and essayist and teaches at the Catholic University of Milan. He has published numerous novels with Marsilio, several of which have won literary awards, including the Campiello Selection Prize and the Viareggio Prize. In 2025 he published Storia d’amore e macchine da scrivere, and in 2026 Medioccidente. He contributes to the cultural pages of «Il Sole-24 Ore»

Since 2020, Davide Nitrosi has been deputy editor of Quotidiano Nazionale, where in recent years he has covered Italian politics, the economy and foreign affairs. He holds a degree in Contemporary History from the Faculty of Arts and Philosophy at the University of Bologna and lectures on the Master’s programme in Journalism at the same university.
