Immaculata De Vivo, PhD, MPH, is Professor of Medicine at Harvard Medical School and of Epidemiology at the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health. Her research focuses on molecular epidemiology of cancer and telomere biology. She coauthors bestselling books in multiple languages, including Biology of Kindness and Respira, riposa, sorridi.

A former World Freediving Champion (2004), he is currently a Specialist in Orthodontics, a PhD, and an Adjunct Professor at the University of Pavia. A CONI Olympic Trainer, he serves as a lecturer in breathing techniques for the International Longevity Science Association, focusing on the correlations between stress, emotions, and respiration within the field of anti-aging medicine.
