Palazzo Calepini, currently serving as the headquarters for Fondazione Caritro, dates back to the late 16th century and was built at the behest of the noble Calepini family from the Giudicarie valleys. Between 1823 and 1844, Palazzo Calepini served as the seat of the Prince Bishops of Trento. In 1999, the building was acquired by the foundation to be used as their institutional headquarters.

In 1999, he founded Frigerio Viaggi Network. ​Since 2010, he has been a consultant for major tourism companies. ​He is the author of two essays published by Hoepli Editore, and he founded SAGE Executive Search and the Il Club delle Teste Pensanti community.
