Full professor of labor law at Bocconi University, Attorney at Law, expert in labor market regulation, he has contributed to the drafting of Italian labor reforms such as the Jobs Act, the Statute on Self-Employment, and the law on remote working. He served as legal advisor to the Prime Minister from 2014 to 2016 and previously President of ANPAL, Italia Lavoro S.p.A. and AFOL Metropolitana.
