Overlooking Piazza Dante and standing opposite Trento's train station, the building is a stone’s throw from the historic centre. This building was built between 1958-65 as part of a project by Trentino architect Adalberto Libera (1903-1963), a leading figure in Italian rationalist architecture.

Daniela Fumarola was born in Taranto in 1966. After graduating in Sociology from the Catholic University, she was elected CISL General Secretary on 12 February 2025. She led CISL in the city of Taranto and the Puglia region. Her most notable campaigns included combatting illegal labour intermediation and negotiating territorial pacts for the development and environmental regeneration of the former Ilva area.

Maurizio Tarquini, born in Rome in 1959, after obtaining a Degree in Statistical and Demographic Sciences, holds a PhD in Mathematical, Economic, and Statistical Analysis of Social Phenomena. He has held various significant positions, including General Director of Unindustria and Director General of Confindustria since 2024.
