Overlooking Piazza Dante and standing opposite Trento's train station, the building is a stone’s throw from the historic centre. This building was built between 1958-65 as part of a project by Trentino architect Adalberto Libera (1903-1963), a leading figure in Italian rationalist architecture.

Silvana Signori is Full Professor of Business Administration at the University of Bergamo, where she teaches Business Ethics and Corporate Sustainability. Her research focuses on business ethics, stakeholder theory, sustainability reporting, socially responsible investing, and ethical consumption. She is President of the European Business Ethics Network (EBEN).

Fabrizio Testa was appointed CEO of Borsa Italiana, part of the Euronext Group, in 2021 and joined both the Managing Board of Euronext NV and that of GRSS. His appointment as CEO coincided with his return to Italy after spending more than 20 years in London, where he served as CEO of MTS—of which he is still a board member—and previously worked at Bank of America.
