Labor law attorney and expert in anti-discrimination law. She has been President of AGI since 2021. From October 2022 to October 2025 she was also an expert consultant in gender policies for the Department of Equal Opportunities at the Presidency of the Council of Ministers.

She holds a degree in Work and Organizational Psychology from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore and completed Master’s programs at SDA Bocconi and INSEAD. She has built extensive experience in Human Resources, Organization, and Business at L’Oréal, EY, Humanitas, and SNAM, and currently serves as Chief Operating Officer of Gruppo Il Sole 24 ORE. She previously served on the boards of several FTSE MIB and Mid Cap listed companies and received the Federmanager Young Manager Award in 2019.

He advises businesses and institutions on compliance and development initiatives and is a regular contributor to Il Sole 24 Ore and a senior columnist.

International and European law student at the University of Trento. Of Nigerian roots and Italian upbringing, she focuses on European policy, security and migration. Research fellow at EPIS Think Tank, editor of the Trento Student Law Review and EST Ambassador. She publishes on geopolitics and international law.
