The discomfort of democracies: between populism and polarization – Fitoussi Lesson 2024

Every year, with the Jean-Paul Fitoussi Seminar, the Festival dell’Economia deals with broad topics, and contributes - in the spirit of the late French economist - to indicate the policies and reforms necessary to make contemporary economy more inclusive, not by sacrificing growth, but rather by addressing it toward a wealth more equally distributed and environmentally-sustainable kind of wealth. This year, the Seminar will be held by Massimo Egidi, Professor of Behavioural Economics.
