Sandro Raimondi

former Public Prosecutor at the Court of Trento

A magistrate since 1981, he served for 29 years at the Milan Prosecutor’s Office, focusing on mafia-related crimes, corruption, and tax offenses. Later, as Deputy Prosecutor in Brescia, he coordinated investigations into fuel fraud and waste trafficking. Since January 2018, he has led the Trento Prosecutor’s Office.

Overlooking Piazza Dante and standing opposite Trento's train station, the building is a stone’s throw from the historic centre. This building was built between 1958-65 as part of a project by Trentino architect Adalberto Libera (1903-1963), a leading figure in Italian rationalist architecture.
