R. Edward Freeman is Bachand University Professor, at the University of Virginia Darden School of Business. He is best known for his award winning book, Management: A Stakeholder Approach. He has received seven honorary doctorates for his work on stakeholder theory and business ethics. He hosts The Stakeholder Podcast.

Fabrizio Testa was appointed CEO of Borsa Italiana, part of the Euronext Group, in 2021 and joined both the Managing Board of Euronext NV and that of GRSS. His appointment as CEO coincided with his return to Italy after spending more than 20 years in London, where he served as CEO of MTS—of which he is still a board member—and previously worked at Bank of America.
