Communicating the future: the strategic value of brands

For thirty years in the Veolia Group, drives the definition of Veolia's strategy in Italy in the energy market, overseeing M&A and business development. She ensures the alignment between corporate objectives and brand positioning, in the awareness that communication is a strategic lever to respond to the challenges of energy security, competitiveness, and decarbonization.

She is also President of ADCI – the Italian Art Directors Club, the leading association for creatives and communicators in Italy. Additionally, she is a member of the Board of Directors of the Fair Foundation, dedicated to promoting listening, innovation, and research on responsible gaming. In 2018, she founded Equal, a project aimed at fostering a culture of inclusion and equality through media representation.

Chief Executive Officer of Gruppo 24 ORE, which he joined in 2018 as General Manager Media & Business, with responsibility for the Publishing & Digital areas of Il Sole 24 Ore, Radio 24, Radiocor, and the advertising sales agency 24 Ore System. Within Gruppo 24 ORE, he also serves as CEO of 24 ORE Cultura, CEO of Il Sole 24 ORE U.K., and CEO of 24 ORE Eventi.

Silvestri is a member of the General Council of FIEG (Italian Federation of Newspaper Publishers), Confindustria Radio TV, AICC (Confindustria’s Association of Cultural and Creative Enterprises), and Ansa. He is a member of the Board of Directors of Audicom and a Federal Board Member of FCP (Federation of Advertising Sales Agencies). Furthermore, he is a member of the Board of Directors of Audiradio, E.R.A. (Editori Radiofonici Associati), and P.E.R. (Player Editori Radio).
