Piazza del Duomo

In the heart of the historic centre, Piazza del Duomo is Trento's “sitting room” where tourists and locals rub shoulders, surrounded by Renaissance palaces, the crenelated walls of Palazzo Pretorio and the lateral nave of the cathedral, dedicated to the city’s patron saint, San Vigilio.
In this square there is the Bookstore, the Library of the Festival of Economics.
