Founder and Director of the center of research AASTER. 
Adjunct professor at IULM, he publishes the weekly columnnamed"microcosms" on the newspaper “Il Sole 24 Ore”. 
Author of numerous publications and books, from "Molecular capitalism" (1997) to the recent "Beyond the walls of the enterprise" (2021).
