Giusella Finocchiaro

Full professor of Private Law and Internet Law at the University of Bologna. She is founder of the law firm Studio Legale Finocchiaro, a legal boutique in Milan and Bologna, specialized in new technologies law. She has been the Chairperson of the UNCITRAL Working Group on Electronic Commerce and she is a legal expert at the World Bank .
