Mateusz Szczurek

Lead EU economist at the EBRD, and member of the European Fiscal Board. He was the Polish finance minister in 2013-2015, and ING economist for Poland and then CEE in 1997-2013. He holds doctorate and MA from Sussex and degrees from Warsaw and Columbia.
