With the master cheesemakers of the Consortium for the Protection of Mozzarella di Bufala Campana PDO, the public will be guided to discover the processing phases of Bufala Campana: from the raw material to the many forms that the milk takes, after the surprising processes that give life to a unique cheese

A treasure trove of biodiversity in the heart of Trento. The museum garden occupies about 2000 square meters, and is composed of grassy meadows and a pond, whose waters reflect the light glass architecture of the large tropical greenhouse. The garden also includes the gardens and the museum's centenary vineyard, a botanical garden that accompanies you among medicinal plants, vegetables and shrubs from all over the world. An oasis of tranquility where you can observe the ever-changing nature and busy life of the bugs staying at the Bug Hotel.
