Emin Haziri
Born in 1985, Emin Haziri is the Executive Chef of the Procaccini restaurant in Milan. Originally from Kosovo, he arrived in Italy as a child with his parents fleeing the war in the Balkans. He gained significant experience in the brigades of Villa Crespi, Enrico Bartolini, Le Petit Nice Passedat, Noma in Copenhagen and Carlo Cracco. Before his adventure in Milan, which will reach its first year in June, he was Executive Chef of the starred Bistrot Cannavacciuolo in Turin.
Anna Zhang
Born in Milan in 1991 to Chinese parents, Anna Yi Lan Zhang grew up in Veneto. After studying Fashion Styling, she worked for over ten years in sales management and as a commercial model. During the pandemic, she rediscovered her passion for cooking. Winning MasterChef Italia 14 revealed that the kitchen had become her true form of expression.

Palazzo Calepini, currently serving as the headquarters for Fondazione Caritro, dates back to the late 16th century and was built at the behest of the noble Calepini family from the Giudicarie valleys. Between 1823 and 1844, Palazzo Calepini served as the seat of the Prince Bishops of Trento. In 1999, the building was acquired by the foundation to be used as their institutional headquarters.
